Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to move with confidence. If FLEXA isn't the right solution for you, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — no risk, no fuss.

To start a return, email support@flexa-support.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item. Items should be returned in a clean, resaleable condition.

If anything arrives faulty, contact us and we'll put it right straight away.
