Wear it for thirty days. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund.

How it works

Email us at the address on the contact page with your order number and we will send you a return label and instructions. Once the parcel reaches us, the refund goes back to the original payment method within five working days.

What we need

The piece and its box, in a condition that says it was worn rather than tested to destruction. Engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

If something is wrong with it

Plating that lifts, a clasp that fails, a magnet that comes loose — tell us within twelve months and we replace the piece. No return shipping to pay.
